My Story
During the span of my nursing career and having over twenty years in healthcare as a nurses aide and beyond working from large urban medical centers to small startup clinics. I understand the need for healthcare to improve and I believe it starts with the education. All individuals who work in caring for residents or patients want to be the best at what they do and provide the best care possible however it can be very difficult for various reasons.
I recognized when I was working as a nurse in the ICU setting, patients would return to our facility with the same issue and I always wondered why and trust me the reasons always varied. However, I believe it starts with community-based care. We can all agree that staff education and communication with families is essential. As a nurse practitioner understanding the medical conditions, medications and the list goes on, I believe my solution is not only simple but helpful to staff, residents and family.

I’m Kim King, a Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience in healthcare as a registered nurse and NP, I have specialized in critical care, urgent care, and primary care for the Geriatric population. This is one of my passions is to serve and offer consulting services to RFCE owners, healthcare professionals and caregivers to improve resident outcomes thru staff education.

Most recently, I have provided care as a Geriatric NP in the Los Angeles/Southbay area. I understand the challenges of caring for this population. My platform provides education and support to help streamline care, reduce strain on caregivers, and empower RFCE's, leading to better outcomes for residents.
